I can’t recommend CDT enough! They were able to diagnose and quickly get my Tahoe fixed! The process was so easy to go through and I was kept updated the entire time! Bobby was excellent at communicating with me about the diagnostics, warranty claim, and when my Tahoe was ready to go. The team is so nice and professional with customers! I’ve been here a couple of times now for tire mounting/balancing. They’re always able to get me in quickly when I call. I had a tire get a slow leak once weight was put on it and they were able to get it in to fix it. In the process a TPMS sensor was broken, which they replaced and reset at no charge to me. They even protected my car interior and left some treats for me with my tire! The people I’ve worked with have all been very respectful of my car and incredibly professional and polite to me. Plus, their waiting area has a TV, snacks, and drinks with work stations.

CDT is oustanding! I recently took my 4Runner to CDT for new tires and to get my backup camera fixed. Everyone inside was so kind and attentive. Their customer service was second to none. I was updated after my tires were installed and once again when the backup camera was fixed. All the work was done quickly and professionally. This is the second time I’ve been to CDT and I will be taking all my vehicles there for any needs in the future.

Very happy with the service and quality of work from the team at CDT. I had some skid placed installed and will have a lift and new tires put in. The sales consultant Henry was very helpful and took time to find the best option for the lift, called the company that had the one I wanted to ensure it was compatible. They ordered the tires that I wanted because they don’t have them in stock. While I waited I hanged out in the client area which they have snack, drinks and comfortable seats or table to work. Very happy with the service this far, worth the 25min drive from Apex and will be coming here for any vehicle needs in the future.

I was impressed with CDT from start to finish. They had a super easy system for scheduling an appointment. Got me in next day. Clearly explained their recommended repairs. They had a really easy online system for approving the options and I’m really pleased with the results of my new tires, alignment and brakes. Bobby and the teams customer service is what really stood out as exceptional. Little details like providing a ride home and picking me back up, as well as welcoming my kids when I had to bring them at drop off and pickup; and a bottle of water and lemonade in my car when I drove it home. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been a semi-regular customer of CDT. I must say I have been very pleased with the service writers and the cleanliness of the front reception area. The waiting room is very nice as well. Keep up the good work in those areas. I worked with Henry this time around and he was very pleasant and fun to work with. Amazing customer service with this team. CDT was strongly recommended and I now understand why. I called to learn if they could evaluate-repair a diesel exhaust fluid console message. The service advisor needed to confirmed that my Sprinter 3500 Forester camper height could be accomodated by their lift-garage height. Lucky for me it would. Had a bit of a tough ask for these guys a few weeks ago with installing my high output alternator. Nobody else was able to do it, but CDT got me in within 2 days. I took my truck to CDT last week to get the oil changed. Scheduling online couldn’t have been easier. Communication was great with the folks there prior to me coming by. I had a late appointment, but they got me through extremely quick. I’ve personally known the owners of CDT for a long time but haven’t ever had anything done at their shop….even if I didn’t know them, I’d still make them my go-to place for all things automotive. I have to schedule some more work done and am excited I have a great place to take it! I look forward to coming back!

I Just had a bunch of work done on my Toyota tundra at CDT automotive. I had a supercharger, full fox suspension, wheels and tires, light bar and much more installed. Ben is the man! Throughout the build, he communicated with me about everything and kept me in the loop. I think Tony did most of the work and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend working with them.

Honestly this company is great. Henry is informative and was wonderful in staying in contact with me. The men did great work on my car. And the free pick up and drop off service is SO convenient. This is a rare company. They are a highly professional operation and seem to genuinely care about people. We had some emergency car issues right before the holiday. They willing and able to take us last minute. I walked in to a pristine and professional looking front office. The people at the front were knowledgeable and kind. When I dropped my car off, they shuttled me back to our house. They gave me a link to our estimate which included a breakdown and pictures of what they were analyzing. They were kind and easy to talk to about options. The stress of the unexpected costs at the holidays was greatly elevated by what I felt was genuine care from their representative. Support this business. We need more like them.

I don’t often leave reviews, in this case in the current landscape of auto repair/service companies, I want to make sure these folks stand out as outstanding. Every time we have visited, whether for routine services or for maintenance items they have been punctual, cost efficient and transparent. I can’t tell you have valuable their loaner program is which allows us to get our vehicles serviced and not jeopardize our busy family plans. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Being a small non profit we rely on CDT to do all our fleet maintenance. They are very accommodating for scheduling and have our vehicles ready when they say they will be done. We’ve never had an issue w any repairs or service they complete. I cannot recommend CDT enough for your vehicle repair or maintenance. I even take my personal vehicles to them. Five stars is not enough to rate them.

Needed a trustworthy auto repaid shop as I am new to this area. I had saw one of the courtesy vehicles at the home of the business owner I work for. When the time came for oil change, yearly inspection and a screw removed and fixed, I went to CDT. They had my Tahoe for a few hours and did everything to ensure I passed the safety inspection. Truly happy the cost was $166 for everything including a complete vehicle inspection of areas that also needed looked at. Brought my other vehicle for safety inspection and it passed too. What will keep me coming back is the great customer service and reasonable prices. Also nice to note they have courtesy vehicles at no cost!

The team at CDT did an amazing job taking care of my 17 Ram 2500. They listened to all my request and kept up with communication. AJ was my service advisor and did everything necessary to make me a return customer. I didn’t have a ride to pick up my truck when it was done, no problem they sent a shuttle driver out to get me. Seems like my car has been a source of dysfunction for quite a while now. You know, if it wasn’t on thing it was another. So, that brought me to CDT. They do a great job and I like the people! And there is a nice place to wait! Or you can catch a ride home. Highly recommend! Don’t purchase a car warranty!!!

Customer service is ON POINT. The whole team went above and beyond, even though I was only there for routine service. I was treated as a highly valued customer- and you don’t see that anywhere these days. They are honest with fair pricing. We will be returning customers with all of our vehicles. hands down the best all around service I have ever experienced! why? first off, I was expecting to just have to wait all day, but the not only gave me a ride back to my house while I waited, but also a ride back to pick up my truck! as for the actually service, top notch install, but they also took the time to go for a test drive with the tech who installed my lift, just to make sure I thought it felt right. CDT is the best, and AJ was really helpful throughout the whole process. I will be back again!

Terrific experience. Came for a second opinion on radiator repair. Was quoted $1961.00 at another local family owned shop. CDT did the same job for $1,300.00 and was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous , friendly and very communicative. Went the extra mile in every way. I highly recommend them and will return when I need work on any vehicle.

Freaking great service! Very fast oil change. I have 2 dogs that hang out my windows and slobber all down my doors. They saw that and washed it for me. I was headed to a car wash after. Really nice sitting area with wifi, snacks and drinks for free. Will be back!

Came here to get tires mounted and balanced on a DRW Ram. The shop is super clean and inviting and the staff members were all very friendly. Of course they put the truck through a litany of checks and gave me a report of maintenance that they recommend doing, but there was no pressure to do any of it. What I respected most is that I asked them to do an alignment, but they found my front wheel bearings needed replacement and didn’t do the alignment because it would have been pointless and will need to be done again after repairing the bearings. I’ll definitely be back again!

I had CDT install a cover on my truck and they did an incredible job at an affordable price. Not only that but they picked up my truck and dropped it off at my work for me! Great shop and I will be taking my truck there for any repairs needed from now on.

Excellent customer service!! Clean facility and excellent service!! I have been getting my F450 services at Capital Ford in Lillington until this point. I will never go there again. Not only did the perform just the service I asked for but they also conducted and inspection of the entire truck and provided me with a list of services that need to be done. Which I may add are all the services that I knew or had an idea of that needed to be done. Once again, Outstanding service!!!!

The customer service is great at CDT especially the ride back to my home and later my car was dropped off after repairs. I really loved this aspect. Technically, my car runs smooth and good. It was a great job and I won’t hesitate to refer anyone to CDT. I’m surprised I’ve lived close to this place for years without knowing thank God for the flyer that was dropped in my mail box and I decided to give it a trial and it was a great experience.

*Edited Review* Was 2 stars, now 5. Been going here a while, haven’t really had an issue until now. Kinda want to know why my brake fluid cap is missing after I went in for a rear diff swap. Drove around like this for a week before noticing. I taped it and informed CDT of the problem. They immediately reached out to me directly, ordered the part, and told me to come in when I could. *Update* They replaced the cap, and flushed and bled the brakes for free. Travis and Henry both shook my hand and apologized repeatedly. I could tell they were sincere. Good dudes. They’ve earned my respect, but I will always check any work done on my vehicle henceforth. Overall, still the best diesel shop around.

Best place in Wake County to have your truck or Jeep worked on. Always take my Jeeps here for tire work as they are one of only a few in the area that use a road force balancing tire machine. If you run a 35” or larger tire, this is the only way to get a proper balance on them and they do it right. Even though I now live in Colorado I still schedule CDT to work on my truck when Im back in town as I know it will be done right. Update, 6/20/24. Had to drive back to NC and realized on the way I’d be due for an oil change and tire rotation before heading back to Colorado. They got me scheduled for the day I needed even though it was kinda short notice. I showed up on time and in less than 1 hr I was back on the road. I wish they had a shop here in Durango, CO. They would put every other shop around here out of business with their service standards…

Stopped it to have CDT change the oil and filter on my Porsche Cayenne Turbo. I requested a specific oil, which they gladly provided. They came to me mid-process to let me know the drain plug had been previously stripped, and offered the option of reusing that plug, or sending a driver out to get a replacement. They were also able to reset the service light, which the previous shop could not do. They don’t just work on trucks and jeeps people!

Got to say CDT knows their stuff, does excellent work, but most of all stands behind their work. Thank you! I paid for a top of the line level for my son’s Silverado and recently had part fail (ball joint) CDT repaired under warranty. Only 1 ball joint failed but they wanted to do both sides. Great job and thanks. I’ll be back soon for new wheels and tires for my Bronco.

Best shop around! I drive up from Myrtle to have these guys work on my stuff. 2.5 hour drive. And it’s worth it! Such a beautiful facility as well. Nice waiting room with drinks and snacks. All of their employees seem to be on a level of positivity that I’ve never seen anywhere else.

What a journey it’s been. I’ve had to raise eyebrows and learn more than I ever wanted to about trucks undercarriages, steering and suspension part inter-operability… and the work ethic of technicians and service entities. I had to put my wavering trust and confidence in a qualified shop to diagnose, repair, and re-build a vehicle that I can have my child drive down a highway safely with. CDT was that shop. Through each diagnosis and several parts acquisition issues, CDT has assured me that their work is sound and they stand by their warranties. They have done me fair thus far and our trucks are in reliable qualified hands these days!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, made an appointment for a 2021 Dodge Durango transmission fluid service as well as the differentials and transfer case. The representative (Christian) made everything clear and was patient and upfront, the process and price which was more than fair for the work done. They also had a shuttle service which was amazing and help me get back home and get my work done. They kept me in the loop and sent me all the details and invoice online. They even dropped my car off in front of my house, I love the service and the car drives amazing! Their waiting area is very clean and has a lot of amenities, at one point I was able to go in the back and see how clean their garage was. They definitely have a new customer for life!
